France-based La Française Real Estate Partners and South Korea (SK)-based financial services company Samsung Securities, part of Samsung Group, plan to buy Crystal Park office building in Paris.

The fully-let Crystal Park building, located along 62-64 boulevard Victor Hugo, in Neuilly-sur-Seine, will be bought in 691 million euros ($781 million) transaction.

The property offers over 39,000 square meters of office space, 719 underground parking spaces and a landscaped park of two hectares.

La Française Real Estate, a property arm of French asset manager La Française, will act as the asset manager for the seven-story building, which will be bought from French real estate investment company ICADE.
