German data communication solutions developer MD Elektronik has got a green light from the municipal council of Vratsa in northwestern Bulgaria to buy 83 decares of land.
MD Elektronik plans to infuse 22 million leva ($12.7 million) in a new plant in the area.
The new plant is expected to create 300 jobs in the first instance and later the extension of the team to 1,000 people.
MD already has an A-class certificate from the Bulgarian Investment Agency.
