42CAP, a Germany-based seed-stage venture capital firm, has raised 50 million euros ($56 million) for its second fund.

The limited partners in the new fund, 42CAP II GmbH & Co. KG, include the European Investment Fund, KfW Capital, Isomer Capital, private investors and business angels.

With the new capital raised, 42CAP will further focus on investing in the business to business applications that enable companies to become more agile and efficient.

Furthermore, the startup's initial investments range from $560,000 to $1.7 million, focusing on small and medium-sized business to enterprise customers.
