German real estate investment firm PATRIZIA Immobilien has bought UK architectural services provider Coda Studios office space in Fulham, London, for nearly 39 million pounds ($50.1 million).
PATRIZIA Immobilien acquired the office space from London-based asset manager Columbia Threadneedle on behalf of its Hanover PUT fund.
Coda Studios provides close to 65,000 square feet of gated, safe office accommodation across 56 self-contained private suites, ranging in size from 300 square feet to 3,000 square feet.
In June 2018, PATRIZIA bought a portfolio of two newly built care homes including serviced residential units in Lower Saxony for its PATRIZIA Pflege-Invest Deutschland I fund.
