Berlin-based medical education platform AMBOSS has raised 30 million euros ($33 million) in Series B funding.

The latest funding round was co-led by Partech’s growth fund and Target Global, with participation from prior backers including Cherry Ventures, Wellington Partners and Holtzbrinck Digital.

AMBOSS is planning to leverage the money raised from the latest financing round to accelerate the rollout of its product internationally.

Furthermore, the startup is also planning to use the new funds to further back its smart guidance application to improve daily clinical decision making for both generalist and specialist doctors.
