India’s ASK Property invests $48 mln across real estate projects

Indian real estate investment firm ASK Property Investment Advisors, a unit of financial services company ASK Wealth Management, has infused 326 crore rupees ($48 million) across projects of peers QVC Reality Developers, Tridhaatu Realty and TVS Emerald.

ASK Group said that the projects are situated in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and National Capital Region.

The company added that the commitments are in line with ASK Property’s strategy of targeting established developers’ residential projects in the top five cities.

In March last year, ASK Property Investment announced a final close for its structured equity fund of $130.9 million.
