Indian banking products and services provider Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd. is preparing to secure at least 150 crore rupees ($21.2 million) in private equity funding.
The company has begun holding discussions with private equity funds to secure the fresh capital.
Capital Small Finance plans to use the funds to develop its loan book and geographic presence. Indian financial services company Edelweiss is advising the company on the fundraise.
Capital Small Finance secured $12.6 million from four backers in October 2017.
