Indian fantasy sports website Dream11 is nearing to secure 710 crores rupees (about $100 million) in an investment round.
The investments will come from UK-based alternative asset manager Steadview Capital.
The round, expected to value Dream11 between $1.3 billion and $1.5 billion post-money, will be a secondary transaction and negotiations are currently underway.
The transaction will also involve the sale of shares by the existing investors and the company is not likely to issue new shares.
