Indian educational technology and online tutoring firm Byju's has acquired U.S. kids learning applications developer Osmo in a transaction worth $120 million.
Byju's said that following the acquisition, the Osmo platform will have a boost in content while the price of the hardware may also be decreased to help develop the audience beyond its current base.
In July 2018, Byju's purchased Indian math learning startup Math Adventures.
Byju's generates $219.3 million in revenue annually.
