EVM Motors India, an auto parts maker, has agreed with real estate developer Delhi Land & Finance (DLF), engineering company ABB India and rival Delta Electronics to pump in around $200 million in vehicle charging centres.

The charging centre, PLG n Go, will be installed in various companies and residential premises.

EV Motors India revealed that these centres will be connected to its cloud-based integrated software platform.

The company plans to boost the number of electric vehicles in the coming days and further introduce 6,500 charging outlets over the next five years.
