Faasos, an Indian on-demand food delivery startup, has raised 110.66 crore rupees ($16 million) in a fresh round of funding.

The round was led by existing investors, Sequoia Capital and Lightbox Ventures, who invested through Sequoia Capital India Trust and SCI Investments VI fund, and Lightbox Ventures II and Lightbox Expansion Fund, respectively.

Recently, the startup raised $4.2 million in debt funding from venture debt firm Alteria Capital through the issue of non-convertible debentures.

Till date, Faasos has raised a total of $119.6 million across nine funding rounds.
