Indian analytics service provider Fractal Analytics has landed $200 million in funding.

Fractal Analytics secured the capital via the sale of newly issued shares and existing shares owned by backers including Khazanah Nasional and TA Associates.

The funds were raised from Apax Partners, a British private equity firm. The transaction, expected to close by February, sees Apax acquiring a significant minority stake in the company.

Fractal Analytics intends to use the funds to finance mergers and acquisitions and increased international extension.
