Indian wine producer Grover Zampa Vineyards, part of Vallee de Vin Pvt Ltd, is expecting to spend about 200 crore rupees ($28 million) on expansion and acquisitions over the next two years.

With the investments, Grover Zampa will acquire more land for grape plantations and construct a new winery in Bengaluru.

The company, expecting to raise investments via internal accruals and bank loans, will boost its sales to 12 million bottles per year in the next three years.

Recently, Grover Zampa acquired Four Seasons Wines from United Spirits, a unit of liquor company Diageo.
