India’s IndoSpace closes third logistics real estate fund at $1.2 bln

Indian industrial real estate developer IndoSpace has completed its third and largest logistics real estate fund at $1.2 billion.

The vehicle, IndoSpace Logistics Park III, drew investments worth $580 million of equity.

IndoSpace plans to use the funds to develop and purchase industrial and logistics-related real estate investments in India.

IndoSpace Logistics Park III was cardinally oversubscribed on the support of strong investor demand.
