Innovaccer, an Indian healthcare technology startup, is nearing to bag $11 million in an investment round.

The investments will come from M12, an investment arm of U.S.-based technology company Microsoft.

M12 said that it expects to conduct Series A to C rounds or co-invest alongside strong local investors.

In 2018, M12 participated in $182.5 million Series A funding in U.S.-based hardware and professional networking company Bakkt.
