India’s MORE spends $41.8 million for residential projects

Motilal Oswal Real Estate (MORE), the Indian real estate investment division of financial services company Motilal Oswal Group, has infused 300 crore rupees ($41.8 million) in residential projects in Mumbai, Pune and Chennai.

MORE invested in affordable and mid-income residential projects of Indian real estate developers Casagrand Group, Mont Vert Developers, and SD Corp, a joint venture between real estate to construction company Shapoorji Pallonji and Dilip Thacker Group.

The company said that the investments were made through its India Realty Excellence Fund III and India Realty Excellence Fund IV.

Over the last 18 months, MORE has secured eight investments worth $104.2 million through its various funds.
