Reliance Industries Investments & Holdings (RIIHL), an Indian investment unit of retail to energy company Reliance Industries, intends to buy language technology startup Reverie Technologies.

RIIHL will provide up to 190 crore rupees ($26.7 million) in Reverie to purchase its shares and also invest up to $10.8 million, which is likely to close by March 2021.

Reverie said that it will work in collaboration with Reliance ecosystem for integrating its services in the various existing digital consumer platforms.

Earlier in the year, Reliance also agreed to combine with Indian digital music offering platform Jio Music, run by U.S. music and artiste platform Saavn, valued at $1 billion.
