India-based vehicle sharing platform Drivezy has bagged $20 million in its equity financing round.

Drivezy plans to use the funds to extend its marketplace into newer markets and integrate improved services.

Existing backers that participated in the round included Das Capital alongside Yamaha Motor Co Ltd, Axan Partners and IT Farm.

With the latest equity funding raised, the total equity capital raised by Drivezy stands at $31 million. The firm has raised a total of $149.3 million in over 10 funding rounds.
