Indian investment banking firm JM Financial Ltd. nears to hold the final close of its second private equity (PE) fund with about 600 crore rupees ($86 million) in capital commitment.

The firm has secured so far secured part of the projected capital for the new fund, expected to formally close soon, from high net-worth individuals and family offices.

Annually, JM Financial generates approximately $10 million in revenue.

In 2018, the firm participated in Indian healthcare delivery platform PharmEasy's $29 million Series C financing round.
