Indian hospitality company Oyo Hotels & Homes is in talks with a number of global investors to set up a hospitality property fund.
The hospitality property fund will acquire properties across markets and lease those to Oyo Hotels at an agreed-upon yield.
The property fund will also seek to set up special purpose vehicles that will house the assets it acquires.
Additionally, Oyo Hotels has committed to invest $300 million over the next few years in the U.S.
