Square Yards, an Indian technology-led real estate brokerage platform, has secured $20 million in an equity funding round.
Square Yards received the new capital from Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd., Genkai Capital, previous backers and others.
With the new financing, Square Yards' expected valuation is estimated to reach in the range of $260 million to $300 million.
Square Yards will use the new capital to strengthen its technology infrastructure, build a go-to consumer brand, and also expand to newer geographies in emerging countries.
