Indonesian digital payment platform KinerjaPay has collected $200 million in an investment round.

The investment, which came from Indonesian project construction firm PT Investa Wahana Group, consists of $100 million worth of shares in KinerjaPay’s Series F round and an additional $100 million in shares of Series G Convertible Preferred Stock.

With the capital raised, KinerjaPay will finance its lending platforms, potential acquisitions and strategic investments in its home-based region.

KinerjaPay will also allocate a certain portion of the subscription proceeds to repurchase its stock in the open market.
