Indonesian ride-sharing company Go-Jek has completed the acquisition of financial technology company Coins.ph via substantial investment.
Under the deal, Go-Jek paid $72 million for a majority stake in Coins.ph.
The deal came as Coins.ph was in talks to secure a new funding round.
Recently, the company has raised $10 million from two investments.
