Ireland-based Accenture, a management consulting and professional services firm, has acquired Australian oracle business solutions provider PrimeQ in a transaction worth $31 million.
The acquisition positions Accenture as one of the largest Oracle cloud system integrator across the region.
In PrimeQ’s last financial year, the company generated revenue of $28.2 million, up from $9 million the year before.
PrimeQ agreed to join Accenture as part of its aim to become an Oracle cloud services major across Australia and New Zealand.
