Ballymore Group, an Irish property development company, has acquired the Broadwalk Shopping Center in Edgware, north London, UK.

The company bought the freehold interest in the 190,000 square feet center from UK investment company Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Ballymore, which paid 83 million euros ($94 million) for the property, is planning a redevelopment program for the 13-acre site.

Furthermore, the property occupies a significant town center location, directly next to Edgware Underground Station.
