Irish renewable energy company NTR PLC has acquired a portfolio of operational and pre-construction wind projects in Sweden and Finland.
The portfolio consists of three operational wind parks totalling 94 MW and development projects including the 69 MW Trattberget and the 10 MW Skutskar wind parks in Sweden, as well as the 15 MW Svalskulla plant in Finland.
NTR paid over 180 million euros ($204.9 million), including the construction costs.
The wind asset in Sweden, that was also part of the deal, is expected to go online in 2021.
