Irish nutrition company Glanbia PLC is nearing to purchase U.S. custom nutrient premixes and ingredients maker Watson Inc and Polymer Films Inc. for $89 million in cash.
Glanbia said that the move will complement its Nutritional Solutions division.
The transaction will be completed by the second quarter of 2019.
In 2018, Glanbia booked about $2.7 billion in revenue.
