Israeli artificial intelligence (AI) chip developer Habana Labs, Ltd. announced that it has raised $75 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding.

Habana Labs said that the funding will be used to execute on the firm’s product roadmap for inference and training solutions, including its next-generation 7nm AI processors and to scale its sales and customer support teams.

Led by U.S. venture capital firm Intel Capital, the round was joined by WRV Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery Ventures and others, including existing investors.

Since inception, Habana Labs has raised a total of $120 million.
