Tel Aviv, Israel-based Port, an open internal developer portal provider, has secured $18 million in funding, led by Team8 and with participation from seed investor TLV Partners, alongside notable angel investors. This investment round has increased Port's total funding to $23 million. Port's innovative platform enables users to define software catalog data models and unify metadata across the technology-stack, addressing various aspects like Continuous integration and continuous delivery data, vulnerabilities, alerts, and incidents.

This approach promotes enhanced engineering quality and sets organizational standards, benefiting developers. Port also introduced Port Ocean, an open-source extensibility framework, further emphasizing its commitment to openness and allowing anyone to create exporters, self-service actions, automations, and integrations for Port. Since its launch in November, Port has attracted numerous organizations, including paying customers, seeking to streamline and optimize their development processes.
