Japan’s Invincible Investment buys 2 hotels on Cayman Islands for $340 mln

Invincible Investment Corporation (IIC), a Japanese real estate investment trust, has purchased two hotels Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa and the Sunshine Suites Resort on the Cayman Islands.

Invincible Investment acquired both properties for $340 million.

Australian real estate agency Walkers Real Estate team advised Invincible Investment Corporation on the deal.

In 2017, Invincible Investment Corp. generated $190 million in revenue.
