Japanese health and hygiene products services provider Saraya is aiming to commit $10 million investments in a new cosmetics and pharmaceutical (C&P) facility in Ain Sokhna, Egypt.

The new industrial complex, which is under construction, will boast three factories and span some 20,000 square meters. One of the facilities will specialize in the extraction of oils from jojoba.

The new plant will be a major marketing and manufacturing hub for Saraya at regional and continental levels.

The facility will create 1,500 jobs when completed.
