Toyota Tsusho, a trading arm of Japanese automotive manufacturer Toyota Group, intends to make an investment in Namibe Bay development project in southern Angola.

The project, approved by the Angolan government and signed with Toyota Tsusho Corp. also includes Japanese electronics company TOA Corp. and is expected to cost 525 million euros ($604.9 million).

The project also consisted of a financing deal in the credit line opened for Angola by lender Bank of Japan to International Cooperation.

In 2015, Toyota Tsusho generated $78.9 billion in revenue.
