Japanese internet service to clean energy company SoftBank revealed that its Vision Fund is holding discussions to invest $200 million in Indian health and fitness startup CureFit Healthcare Pvt Ltd.

The projected equity financing will enable CureFit, which has raised a total of $249.6 million across eight rounds to date, to execute its global expansion plans.

The investment from SoftBank Vision Fund is expected to value the startup at more than $1 billion.

In addition to entering 10 other Indian cities with food and fitness centers, CureFit also plans to launch health clinics and expand overseas.
