Singapore Life, an insurance technology startup has secured a $90 million investment from Japanese peer Sumitomo Life.

More so, Sumitomo Life’s investment brings Singapore Life’s total funding raised to date to $153 million.

As part of the latest financing, Sumitomo Life has acquired a 25 percent stake in Singapore Life.

Singapore Life noted that the new financing will support its expansion plans in the city-state and beyond and boost its mobile-first ambitions.
