Kenyan agribusiness company Goldenscape Greenhouses, unit of Goldenscape Group Ltd., has announced an alliance with real estate firm Silverstone Properties in 1.65 billion Kenyan shillings ($17 million) project.
The investment, dubbed Aman Haven Investment, will be made via rollovers from agricultural returns.
Goldenscape Greenhouses said that the infusion will enable individuals to own a home by contributing 85 percent of the capital.
Moreso, the company said the housing plan will comprise of low, middle and high cost across the different demographics of the market.
