Lightspeed China Partners, a venture capital arm of U.S.-based peer Lightspeed Venture Partners, is aiming to secure $360 million for its two new private equity (PE) funds.

Lightspeed China Partners said that it is seeking funds for its fourth flagship fund and if fully raised, it would be the largest venture fund to date.

Lightspeed China Partners Select I, L.P., is targeting $200 million investment and will follow-on investments in best-performing portfolio companies. The company said that it will complete its fundraising campaign in 2019.

Previously, Lightspeed China Partners also participated in Chinese consumer finance platform Black Fish’s $145 million Series A round.
