Anzo Holdings Bhd, a Malaysian timber manufacturing to property investment company, has acquired a factory manufacturing medical and/or nitrile gloves in Manjung, Perak.
Anzo Holdings bought the assets from Wintrade World Sdn Bhd for 55 million Malaysian ringgit ($13 million).
As part of the deal, Anzo Holdings acquired Wintrade World's assets including land, building, machinery, and equipment.
Furthermore, the properties are ready to be mobilized and commissioned to produce 1.2 billion pieces of medical and nitrile gloves a year.
