Malta-based alternative investment fund manager Adventum International has purchased the Poznańskie Centrum Finansowe office building in Poznań, Poland.
The 16-floor property, completed in 2001 and refurbished in 2015 to 2018, comprises 18,000 square meters of space and is currently fully leased out to tenants such as Santander Bank, Medicover and Sonolake.
Adventum International, through its Adventum Quartum fund, purchased the property from Swiss real estate investment manager Peakside Capital Advisors.
Additionally, the Adventum Quartum fund plans to invest 250 million euros ($280.5 million) in office and retail properties over the next year, mainly in the Polish market.
