U.S. Metropolitan Real Estate PLC, a real estate developer contracting to industrial plants, shopping mall projects and especially luxury real estate apartments, has announced $20 million investment in its Bole Tower luxury housing project in Ethiopia.
Being one of the unique projects in the region, Bole Tower is composed of 3 br, 2br and 1 br apartments as well as commercial areas including a supermarket, a cafe & restaurant and a fitness center.
Situated in the heart of Bole, Addis Ababa, the project is forecasted to bring $38 million from the sale of the units and the groundbreaking is planned to begin in June 2019.
Recently, Metropolitan Real Estate has revealed that it invested $8 million in another luxury housing project called Westview Apartments in the country.
