Mexican hotel acquisition and development company RLH Properties plans to construct two new hotel and residential properties on the Pacific coast in Nayarit with $260 million investment.

The two assets are situated within the 265-hectare Mandarina development, located on the Riviera Nayarit.

Construction of the properties is in an advanced stage and some of its 55 private residences have already been pre-sold for prices between $4 million and $12 million.

U.S.-based luxury hotel and resort company Rosewood is in an advanced design phase for the project, which will also have residences such as the polo field, an equestrian centre and restaurants.
