Arca Continental, S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican Coca-Cola bottling company, intends to infuse approximately 13 billion Mexican peso ($686.2 million) across its operations this year.
Of the total investment, 35 percent will be allocated to Mexico; 39 percent to operations in the U.S., which will also include $157.2 million to a new production facility in Houston; and 26 percent to South America.
Arca Continental noted that the resources will be used in strengthening its operations and market execution in the company’s beverages business, as well as in its food and snacks division.
This year, the company will continue reinforcing and expanding its production, distribution, and customer service capabilities in the markets it serves in order to strengthen its position and capture new opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.
