Dutch health and nutrition company DSM NV plans to establish a joint venture (JV) with Nenter & Co., a Chinese biochemicals company, to manufacture vitamin E.

In addition, DSM will pay Nenter 135 million euros ($154.45 million) to buy its facilities in China.

DSM NV said that the joint venture will bolster and diversify its supply chain for the vitamin, an essential ingredient in animal feed products.

DSM NV generates $11.7 billion in revenue annually.
