Dutch brewing company Heineken announced that it has inaugurated its first brewery in Mozambique.

Heineken has invested about $100 million to build the new facility in Mozambique.

The new brewery is situated in the district of Maputo and produces four international brands for the Mozambican market from maize grown in the country.
