New York Life Real Estate Investors, a real estate investment firm, has acquired a class A office building in Buckhead, Atlanta for $166 million.
The building was acquired on behalf of a joint venture between New York Life Insurance Co. and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Co.
The property, which is 433,000 square foot, has current tenants including Waypoint Residential, ICON, GE Capital, Silicon Valley Bank, Prologis, Wells Fargo and more.
The seller of the property was U.S.-based real estate investment firm Crocker Partners.
