New Zealand Retail Property Group, a property management company, intends to construct a $200 million apartment project in Milford, on Auckland's North Shore.
The company is arranging a consent application for the first block which is expected to cost over $100 million to construct.
The project will lead to the construction of a nine-level 63-unit block being beside the Milford Centre retail hub.
New Zealand Retail Property Group said that the units will sell at between $1.5 and $5 million.
