Gtext Homes, a Nigerian real estate unit of Gtext Media and Investments Ltd, has launched its 10 billion Nigerian nairas ($27.6 million) deal to invest in real estate projects.
With the investments, Gtext Homes will develop decent and affordable housing estate in areas such as Beryl Estate and Jasper Estate in Ibeju Lekki, Sapphire in Ikorodu and White House Estate in Atan Ota.
Further, the company will also build a 100 unit family housing estate in the most coveted neighbourhood in Lagos comprising of residential and commercial real estate.
Gtext Homes said that with the investment, it will create long term value for its partners as well as investors.
