North American Properties buys Newport center in $100 million deal

North American Properties, a U.S. real estate developer, has acquired Newport on the Levee, a retail and entertainment center in Kentucky.

North American Properties noted that the total commitment in the property, including the purchase and the upgrade, will be over $100 million.

The company acquired the development from the Price Group LLC.

North American Properties generates revenue of $16 million annually.
