Filipino home furnishing chain AllHome Corp. is seeking to raise around $150 million in a stock market listing.

The startup has set its initial public offering price guidance at $0.22 to $0.27 per share, valuing it at $827 million to $1 billion.

Additionally, AllHome has also hired UBS Group, CLSA Ltd., Credit Suisse, PNB Capital and China Bank Capital to arrange the share sale.

The startup, which could secure as much as $347 million in the offering, will be listed on October 10.
