TEL AVIV, Israel - Prisma Photonics, the AI-driven infrastructure monitoring startup, has raised approximately $20 million in Series C funding, bringing their total funding to $50 million. The financing round was spearheaded by Insight Partners and included participation from Elements, a Climatech fund, SE Ventures (Schneider Electric’s venture capital arm), Future Energy Ventures (the venture capital investment and collaboration platform of E.ON), Chione Switzerland, and INcapital. Earlier investors Israel Electric Corporation, Israel Natural Gas Lines, and i3 Equity Partners also contributed. Prisma Photonics, led by CEO Eran Inbar, plans to use the funds to expand its presence in the global power and renewable energy market while sustaining its growth. The company's optical fiber sensing technology enables real-time monitoring of critical infrastructure without the need for additional sensors, offering valuable insights for grid resiliency and renewable energy integration across various sectors.
