This funding round was led by Mercia Ventures, a UK-based investor, and saw participation from Seedcamp, Firstminute Capital, Episode 1, Village Global, and Lifeline Ventures. The capital infusion will support Risk Ledger's expansion efforts, including product development and growing its market presence. The company, co-founded by Haydn Brooks and Daniel Saul, offers a unique approach to supply chain risk management by providing a collaborative platform for supplier due diligence. Organizations can utilize the platform as both clients and suppliers, sharing a single profile of controls across 12 security domains, enabling a comprehensive view of the entire supply chain ecosystem and the identification of critical interdependencies and risks. Risk Ledger currently serves over 5,000 organizations with 17,000 users, primarily in the public sector and financial services.
